Davinia is the award-winning founder of rainchq, set up to help women take control of their financial futures.
She has over 15 years experience across the investment management and professional services industries.
Davinia has a First Class Honours degree from Aston University, an Executive MBA from Cass Business School and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Outside of rainchq, Davinia is a Trustee at Talawa Theatre Company, established more than 30 years ago to improve black representation in theatre. She is the mother of two young daughters who are the best mini-rainmakers and her ultimate inspiration.
Royden is rainchq’s resident executive coach, strategist and chief motivator focused on working with Davinia on strategic planning for the business.
He is co-founder of a thriving Private Office, JH Flemmings, where he acts as the creative force behind the business working closely with clients on brand positioning, strategic partnerships, marketing and curve jumping.
Born on the Caribbean island of Montserrat, Royden went on to live in Antigua and the British Virgin Islands before completing his education in the UK, where he gained a degree in Aerospace Materials Engineering from Imperial College London.
Commencing his wealth management career in 2009, Royden remains motivated by the desire to help others achieve happiness by pursuing and fulfilling their personal ambitions.
Nneka is responsible for supporting rainchq’s content and community strategy.
She has over a decade’s worth of experience across journalism, communications, social media and content creation. She has worked across a number of areas including finance, tech and the creative sector.
Over the years she has worked on a number of award winning campaigns, and has created content and provided communications support and advice for clients ranging from start ups to large listed companies.
Away from work Nneka balances creating content with entertaining and making snacks for her two young children.

Amina started her career in international banking in 1982 with Lloyds International and progressed into personal financial planning in 1984. She joined the J. Rothschild Partnership in 1992, its founding year, and has remained with the company now known as St. James's Place Wealth Management, becoming a Senior Partner* in 2005.
Amina has a raft of long-standing clients including captains of industry, professionals and entrepreneurs.
*The title ‘Partner’ is the marketing term used to describe St. James’s Place representatives.
Dineo has more than a decade's experience in the financial services industry and specialises in providing bespoke financial planning and wealth management advice.
She is passionate about improving the financial lives of entire families and helping them build generational wealth. She dedicates time getting to know her clients, to fully understand what their goals and aspirations are and, equally importantly building a trusted relationship with them over the long term.
In her spare time, Dineo enjoys spending time with her two young children, reading and socialising with friends.
